Inspiring Women Collective (IWC) is a Minnesota-based non-profit organization founded on the belief in the inherent dignity and worth of all individuals and the power of collective action to create positive change. We are dedicated to empowering a healthier, safer, and more economically stable underserved and marginalized community.

Our Community
Governed by a dedicated Board of Directors, IWC is an inclusive organization. Membership is open to all individuals who support our mission and purpose, regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics. We believe that by collaborating with other organizations and community stakeholders, we can achieve our vision of a just and equitable society for all.
Our Mission
IWC’s mission is to empower a healthier, safer, and more economically stable underserved and marginalized community by providing comprehensive resources, advocacy, and support; fostering self-sufficiency, social advancement, and creating lasting positive changes through community-based health initiatives, culturally relevant health education, and creating opportunities to thrive – including access to food, housing, healthcare, quality education, and job training.
